Our current filter is China Puer from Choose Coffee. The roaster’s filter profile pairs wine-like fruit with macadamia and white chocolate, a rounded body and a long, sweet finish.

Previously on filter: a coffee from Frinsa Estate in West Java. The roaster describes honey processing with Rhizopus fermentation, sweet citrus, strawberry popcorn and a lingering fruit finish.
